Originating in the Tri-State Area, Ciao Transportation was founded by R. Mercado in 2005.

Mercado was a well sought-after Chef for over 30 years. He always had a passion for cars and transportation services as a contribution to people and companies. As a result, he created Ciao Transportation in 2005. Ciao found new roots in Orlando, Florida in 2012 and it has been operating successfully for over a decade in Central Florida and the East Coast.

Ciao was created based on the philosophy that everyone deserves the VIP experience, thus we can ensure that each of our drivers aims to provide comfort, safety and the utmost satisfaction to our customers.
