Terms & Conditions - Reservation Agreement

Reservation agreement acknowledgment

1 - Our rates includes: Meet & greet, 1 Car seat or buster seat, Port Canaveral fees, Airport fees, CC fees, Gas Surcharge (+ Gratuity). You will receive your invoice by Square.com 48 hours prior to your arrival in order to pay and secure your reservation.

3 - All reservations changes must be made 24 hours prior via Email. All reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior via Email for full refund.

4 - At the Airport Domestic flight include 30 min w/t & International 45 minutes w/t after flight has arrived. Local transfers 15 minutes w/t. If an excess in waiting occurs an additional charge incur $1.00 per minute & $1.50 for Sprinter on any pick-up.

5 - No food or drinks or smoking permitted in vehicles. Any spills or damage caused will result in a $500 penalty.

6 - VEHICLE’S CANNOT BE LOADED BEYOND LUGGAGE CAPACITY. ABSOLUTLY NO LUGGAGE INSIDE THE VEHICLE’S. The airline requires you to be at the Airport 2 hours prior to departure.

7 - If a flight cancellation occurs by the airline, customer can reschedule or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Reservation deposits are non refundable unless flight was canceled by the airline.
