1. Please submit the payment at least 48 hours in advance to confirm your reservation. You will receive your invoice from Square.com 48 hours prior to your arrival to pay and secure your reservation. All deposits are non-refundable.

3. All reservation changes must be made 24 hours prior via email for delayed flights of 3 hours or more in Orlando. All reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior via email for a full refund.
4. At the airport, domestic flights include a 30-minute wait time, and international flights include a 45-minute wait time after the flight has arrived. Local transfers include a 15-minute wait time. Any excess in waiting time will incur an additional charge of $1.00 per minute and $1.50 for Sprinter on any pick-up. Point-to-point transfers have no stops unless requested.
5. No food, drinks, smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are permitted in the vehicles. Any spills or damage caused will result in a $500 penalty.
6. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond luggage capacity. Absolutely no luggage inside the vehicles.
7. The airline requires you to be at the airport 2 hours prior to departure. If a flight cancellation occurs by the airline, the customer can reschedule or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless the flight was canceled by the airline."
